VISHAKHA KUMARI filed complaint against Google Pay on Jul 6, 2020
Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I made a payment of Rs.*** for order at ferns and petals site using Google Pay app, money was deducted from my account and it was showing processing at Google pay. I was hopeful that maybe this will get resolved either I will receive my money back or status will turn into successful. My order number for ferns and petals was- ********.
My UPI transaction id - ************
My Bank transaction Id- S********
But it has been * days now I have not received my money back ferns and petals have already canceled my order. I contacted Google pay help center they are useless they are just giving me false promises that the issue has been escalated. They have no call center even there email of help center is not working due to COVID-**, I have no idea how can the email facility be affected by COVID.
I really want my money back, the bank is saving that money is with ferns and petals, and ferns and petals people are saying they have not received.
Meanwhile, Google Pay has still not updated my status it is still processing. I am not able to prove my point to either ferns and petals or my bank.
Google Pay has caused me a lot of inconveniences. Please help me out you are my last hope.
