Nobroker in - Payment returnZero Customer support

The thing is,
I was looking for a flat in Baner wakad and balewadi area and my budget was ** k for * bhk (kitchen trolley, corporation water and car parking in apartment) or **k for * bhk (without kitchen trolley will be ok, corporation water and car parking in apartment).
I started searching for the same but I was not able to find it as per my requirements. So I thought of joining no brokerage money back plan so that I can make my work easy. I called no broker and asked for a flat. and also asked again and again their executive should I get a flat as per my requirements? He told me they have special access. don't worry. Ok n **th aug approx ** am I pay **** for subscription.
And I waited for a call,(after * hrs subscription) And I got a call at *.** PM and she told us we have flats as per your requirement but between **-**K only. they don't have properties within this budget and also she told me she already escalated the same with her management.(I have recording for same).If I increase my budget to ** k why do I need to no broker? I can easily get within this range. There are many other free sites where you will get * bhk in **k. Also, why should I join you then?
After Knowing all this I decided to shift my luggage to my brother's home. And I ask no broker executives for the same query on Sunday (**th Aug) around *pm. She said we don't have flats in this budget. You can shift your luggage. We have already Highlighted issue to the Higher management. As I have off on** th August so i shift to Hadapsar. And after all this I received a call today (on ** th ) (from Laxmi) asking me for a rental agreement for money back. And when I told them I already asked your executive then only I shifted to Hadapsar then she directly told me " she is different " .. Now I don't understand if their every employee is different then why they called themselves as an organization ???? And I have paid *.*k for this kind of service where I have to struggle to check which executive is correct?
