I ordered a dress from this vintage closet, but when providing order details, they didn't mention anything about a refund amount. Once I made the payment, they gave me a contact number and told me to track my order through it. However, when I tried to contact that number, they asked me to pay an additional amount. When I asked for a reason, they didn't respond and didn't pick up my calls either.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
