Beyondpinkshop - payment related issue

i have done online shopping from website of beyondpinkshop.com and done payment through their website by credit card on **/**/** by their payment gateway pay u money order got successfully placed and money got deducted from my account but on same day in night i have cancelled the order but my money doesn't reflected back. i have file a complaint regarfing this through phone and mail, they said they dnt have money pay u money may have tat then i talk to pay u money, they said they are just gateway they transfer the amount at same time to company, then i again contact to beyond shop they are still saying they dnt have money. where is money now i want it back they are fraud.
