I placed an order for a Tshirt via Fynd App and made payment via paytm on May **. These guys accepted the payment for the same but did not place an order. When I contacted their customer care they said the payment may have get stuck and would be refunded within ** hours. When I did'nt received my refund I contacted their customer care again. Alas no Reply by them this time.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
