Neeraj Negi filed complaint against Razorpay on Jan 11, 2019
We ordered * sarees from Razorpay, and paid Rs ***/- against our order ID: ***** on *Jan ****. We did not got delivery of items. I tried several time to call them but every time the IVRS says "we are getting high volume of call this moment" . Then I sent many email to the company and sent the evidence of my order payment but the are not responding. I raised a complaint (Ticket # ******) but still no action is taken.
