I am a registered seller. So the issue is very simple but their customer support is making it trouble. Actually my payment of **,**,**th october which is around ****INR is pending. The bank account which was registered with meesho got freezed, it was icici mine account which i opened online . So after * year of icici account they (icici bank freezed it for debt and credit since **th october ****) now its closed completely. Therefore the payments of **,**and **th october went back to meesho only . It reversed . And since that day i have been sending support team my issue, they are keep asking my bank statement which i had provided atleast * times. Its been over * months . My money is really important because margins on meesho are extremely low. So please if you have a better solution then please talk to their team , i can provide bank statements and other details whenever required.
