Jogesh Sarda filed complaint against Razor pay on Jun 15, 2020
I have registered a merchant account to receive payments through razor pay. The account was opened on *th June **** and I started to receive payments. But till date they have kept my settlements on hold in the name of kyc verification. And the support is worst. Char support keeps you waiting for hour and still no response. Also they are giving no clue when settlement will start.
