Razor pay - Amount debited but not refunded

I tried to add Rs.*** in my Airtel Payment Wallet through Debit Card from my Bank A/c but failed so I tried for the *nd for the same amount and that was also failed but debited from my Bank A/c for both the transactions.Still now no amount is refunded so far. So please help me.
