Oda class pigeon education pvt Ltd - Payment not yet refund

I Sreedhar Bellala ,from Hyderabad ,I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction and concern regarding the behavior of ODA Classes, with respect to my son's enrollment, Ram Jwalith Simha, in ODA institution.
We signed up for classes on July ,* ****, and were promptly contacted multiple times until midnight for the full payment of the fees. Unfortunately, after attending the first two class on *th &*th Jul, we realized that it did not meet our expectations. On the same day, we communicated our dissatisfaction via email.
Since then, I have sent numerous follow-up emails seeking a payment refund resolution. While I have received a few responses indicating that my request is "under process," there has been no satisfactory outcome. Furthermore, when attempting to discuss this matter over the phone, we have encountered abusive and inappropriate language from your staff, and many representatives have stopped answering our calls altogether.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and it raises serious concerns about the ethical practices of ODA Classes. We feel misled and disrespected, and we are seeking an immediate resolution, including a full refund of the fees paid.
I request your urgent attention to this matter and expect a prompt response.
