DeoDap International Private Limited - Payment not refunded by Deodap

I joined Deodap as a dropshipping seller in May. After a few days, I received a call from Deodap, and they provided me access to Warehouse *** and helped me get access to Amazon.in. After that, Abhishek Sah from their Warehouse *** registered me on the same portal, gave me access to Warehouse ***, and provided me access to GlowRoad.

In June and July, I worked with them and placed all orders through Warehouse *** for GlowRoad. Out of these, orders worth ₹**,*** were returned, and I had ₹*,*** in my wallet. Despite following up with Abhishek Sah for a few days, I was not given any information regarding the refund. Eventually, I had to file a complaint with Deodap, and they themselves informed me that they were removing Abhishek Sah from everything because he committed fraud. They assured me that my full amount would be refunded in three installments over three weeks.

However, after two months of follow-ups, I have only received ₹*** back into my account. Now, when I follow up with Deodap, they say they don't know about my money, and that it's between me and Abhishek Sah. They have told me that they won't be able to refund my money.
