VIMHANS (Vidyasagar Institute Of Mental Health And Neuro-Sciences) - Payment not recived

Dear sir/ mam,

Despite sending repeated reminders and regular follow ups with purchase and accounts department, the payment of invoice no. ***, ***, ***, ***, *** has not been released. However, the payment term as agreed was of * months clearance.

This is to inform you that if the complete payment will not be released within * days, we would be compelled to take legal action against the institute .

Also, we received post dated cheque of **rd July, **** on **th June, **** and even that got dishonored due to insufficient balance. We may even sue the institute under the Section *** of IPC for the same. We are attaching the account copy for your reference.
