VIMHANS (Vidyasagar Institute Of Mental Health And Neuro-Sciences) - Negligence of doctors at Vimhans Hospital

I had admitted my wife who had Covid on **th April at Vimhans Nyati Hospital , Nehru Nagar , Ashram
She was kept in Emergency for * days from **th April till **th April
On **th April the hospital moved her to the ICU without any information given to us
On **th April the Hospital intubated her . We were called on **th around * :** PM afternoon that she had passed away .When we tried reaching out to the hospital we were not connected with any doctor to know what exactly happened and we were simply handed over her body
We were always guided to one Admin Incharge who would never give us the inputs as to what happened to my wife after repeat requests and they raised a bill and said once we pay we cna take the body ....
On my insistence they provide me with a Death summary (enclosed ) which has no proper flow of information and looks completely ambiguous on the proceedings from the date she as admitted
The hospital had only * senior doctor , who was never available to talk and the hospital refused to share his phone number with us despite my many requests
When we called many times to the hospital in the last * months to meet with the ICU incharge and his team we were informed that the entire team has resigned from the hospital
This itself proves something is definitely an area of suspicion with hospital and the management
When we approached the CEO , he said they have now new people in the ICU and who have no knowledge of what had happened at that time
My wife has passed away because of a sheer negligence of this hospital and the hospital is not ready to take the responsibility
Vimhans Hospital had no doctors for Covid Care and there were only * doctors whose names appear on every document (even their signatures are not there on any document)
Only Covid specialist or Internal Medicine Doctor was one Doctor who was present in the Hospital when over *** patients were admitted in that period from **th April till **th April and the hospital kept on admitting more and more patients without having any facility to handle even ** patients , simply to increase billing and make more and more money.....
The whole hospital was being taken care by some Junior interns and they were taking all decisions on their own .
If any patient wanted to contact any doctor to know the status of their patient they were asked to talk to the Admin Incharge who is not a doctor herself and and she would say there is no doctor available to communicate with
In fact the whole hospital seemed to be under the control of this Admin Incharge only and she was making all decisions
We would like your intervention to have an enquiry into the gross negligence of this hospital in admitting patients without having adequate trained staff
We would also like to know which senior doctor took a decision to intubate my late wife Monica Gugnani and why as she passed away immediately after this procedure
When my wife was conscious and talking to us till she was in the Emergency how come she passed away the very next day as soon as she was admitted to the ICU , what happened the night of **th , the hospital oxygen plant was also not functioning properly . In deepest pain.............
