Two weeks back I had sold my phone through cashify. The original quoted price was **** but when the guy came to check the phone he offered ****rs . Which was accepted by by ...upon this the guy said you will receive payment in *-* days .
In next *-* hrs I realised I had submitted a different phone's original charger . Now I began calling the guy , cashify complain box since then just to exchange the chargers as I still have the original charger to the phone I sold.
Cashify took * weeks to resolve this complaint to the conclusion of giving me ***rs -***rs for the phone sold .
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
