Akanksha Guruprasad filed complaint against Make My Trip on Oct 3, 2017
We had booked a room at Woodhouse Beach Resort in Varkala through MakeMyTrip from **th sept to *nd Oct. When the day of check-in came and we called at the resort's reception, they denied(rudely) having received any booking. we had already done the required payment for the stay a month ago. After calling the customer care service of MakeMyTrip, they confirmed that the room is available at the resort. However, when we reached there, they provided us a different room at a different hotel which was in a very bad condition. I would like to have a refund from the company for all the harrassment caused to us during the trip because the mistake done by MakeMyTrip.
