Selva filed complaint against Ola Brewers & Beverages Private Limited on Aug 31, 2019
I paid ₹*** via my ICICI credit card on **aug** (ref : **********) to my ola account **********. The amount ₹*** was deducted from my credit card account and not reversed so far.
But, the amount is not credited to Ola money account till now(**aug**)
Sent email to care.nz@olacabs.com and no reply received so far.
I searched ola customer care in Google and called ola number **********, for the above payment dispute, hindi speaking boy asked me to re-forward following msg (MzAzODc*NjQzMjYw#**vS*SoP*DgFqOjRRzA*zoZHdE*aLHQ*aaq**SzGaSxGbeHY*EMK*txuVfMfpTlWZFiw*MxGK+**OoZJ*KD*eRek*HbZG*Px*Vopf*ePUjk=) to **********.
I told the msg is not readable and that msg recd from ***** *****.
Immdly, they started UPI transaction without my concurrence? how can they do it ?
Person was talking in hindi, he told me to type the pin **** and I cut the phone realising fraud.
I am getting reminders for payment, OLA system is not listening to client.
I dont know how can I get their official customer care number.
