I used OLA services to travel from vadoara to ahmedabad and they charged extra. Which I later find out and sent a mail. They confirmed through their mail that they charged extra but not refunded. Instead advised me to use the OLA . As I am not having any plan to move any where now and requested them to send me to my paytm or mobikwik or my account.
