Madras Shoppe - Payment made but no confirmation for almost a month

Dear sir/madam
This is to inform you that i have made a payment of Rs. ***.* to madras shoppe online website,as i opted to purchase a book. The amount has been credited to EBANK: *********. My order history is showing nil in the website,and no response from customer care emails. I feel i have been duped by this illegitimate site.I would like my refund.
