Placed an order (A Book) on Madras Shoppe on **/**/****. It showed an estimated time for delivery of * days. I sent them a mail asking for logistics status after * weeks as they do not provide any customer care number. However its been more than * weeks now and they do not seem to respond in any way whatsoever.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
