I was paid my rent from nobroker app last Thursday (**/**/****) from my Hdfc credit card ends with ****. But my amount of rs.***** got debited from my credit card still it was not received from my lender side.seriously I was mentally affected for this payment issue because from **nd December onwards I raised a query from nobroker contact number(**********) and pay@nobroker.in with attachment of rs.***** amount debited message as well as amount debited e-mail still am not getting any proper answer for my payment issue.I am not have too much of money and also am not in high class family also.Everytime I called to customer support executive contact they told the same answer within **hours you will get the payment issue response we are raised to concern technical team from there you will get response.Everytime they told **hours but I raised a query about my payment from the last *days. Seriously I don't know still **hours was not complete?And I aso asked please tell me the Chennai head office address or any escalation matrix.i think they don't know the option or they don't have the escalation matrix.Really I was ashamed to use this app and still the issue pending.Finally I lost my money rs.*****. I don't know where it is stucked.Please support anyone.How to get my money and resolve the issue.Is there any more options let me know.Still from app also none of the details shows.All explained to executive.Seriously what I do next don't know and depressed too. Any rbi complaint related to this or any md escalation matrix related to this.please please inform me to solve this issue and return to my money back.Thank you team.
