Gpay - Payment issue with gpay through policy bazaar

Hello sir,
There is payment issue regarding the transaction.the transaction was on ** Nov **** to policy Bazaar with the payment options of gpay . And the costumer care of both policy bazaar and gpay is trolling with me..
Since yet my problem hadn't solve please help me ..
