ON JUNE *th **** i transferred Rs. *** through gpay via payumoney at online store and it got success after many attempts. but i dnt got any conformation from payumoney. which i use to get on my every transaction. so i contact the online merchant to check the balance weather its credited to there accounts but later i came to know that the merchants dnt get any amount credited to there accounts so he told that after * days u will get ur debited amount dnt wrry. but its more then *days i could not got my amount back so where is that debited money of myne . please help
i have also attached some details conversation screen short. between me and merchant, my account is already debited so please help me to get my debited amount from gpay. thank you
