I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue regarding Order ID ******, which I placed on February **, ****. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter, I have yet to receive the ordered items, and the tracking information indicates that the package was delivered to my registered address.
Here are the details of my order:

Upon contacting customer care, I was informed that the product was not available and that I needed to cancel the order. However, I encountered further complications as there were no options provided on your web portal to cancel the order.
Regrettably, my funds have been held since November ****, and despite following the instructions to cancel the order, no resolution has been reached. Instead, I was issued a gift card that could only be utilized within your platform.
In an attempt to resolve this matter, I placed a new order in February ****, only to experience the same lack of communication and delivery after two months have elapsed.
I am deeply disappointed by this ongoing situation and the lack of satisfactory resolution provided by your customer service team.
