Attitudist - Neither getting refund nor getting the product

I made an order on **th aug ****. Their deliver people without calling me, decides that i dont want the product and cancel the product from their end only. When i complain, they mention that they dint found the address. * times i called their delivery partner, everytime i hear the same. We have filed your complaint, mentioned your alternate no, but same thing happens , at last i get an update that the product is been returned to the seller and same they inform me via email on **th sept and mention that i should place a new order. I dont want to order. I cannot pay again for same product.
After that i am daily sending them reminders, still they have not got back to me.
