Flipkart - Payment failure- Flight Booking

It's been almost * days since I'm following up with Flipkart guys for my money deduction during an order of yours, still no one is trying to understand the issue I'm facing.

So here's the full story again. Please help and resolve since Rs. **** is not a small amount.

So i was booking flight tickets from Flipkart app with that Makemytrip offer within, i entered all the details like to from date etc and then it came back to Flipkart payment page for payment, i entered my CVV for the card which was already saved in my account, got the otp and payment was successful and money got deducted from the account but at the end i got the blank page in the app.

Now i have no information regarding my booking both in Flipkart app as well as Makemytrip. Only thing i have with me is the payment deduction message from ny Bank which I'm attaching with this email.

I've been going round and round with both Flipkart guys and Makemytrip trip guys regarding the deduction. Since the payment was processed from flipkart payment page, so Flipkart guys need to help me out here.

After more than * * calls, almost ** ** mins in waiting in calls from Flipkart customer care and messages from your social media team, no one is still able to help me out here.

So this is a genuine request from a very old customer of Flipkart that pls help me out here, and either give me my ticket confirmation which i booked or refund my money to my account.
