I attempted to book a ticket through Flipkart travel on **th Oct through net banking..money was deducted from my account but I didn't receive any ticket..then I called them ..they ask me to wait for * days..after *days again I asked for where is my money..I was again asked to wait for * more days..it went for **days.then one customer care executive told me to file a dispute against my bank..on doing so ..my bank replied me that the payment was successful and I have to contact the merchant site..I again called n mailed to Flipkart travel help .they again ask for all the same details which I already gave them..this is so disturbing for me..I have a one year old baby..
