Payzapp - Payment done through credit card not sent to the merchant

I made a payment of Rs ***** through my hdfc credit card via PayZapp on **-**-**** My account is debited but it is not reached to the merchant.I contacted to my bank, it said that payment is done so contact to PayZapp.When I contacted PayZapp it told that contact your bank.I am suffering mentally in this trap.
