I refer to my consumer durable loan no. ******** which I have availed from capital first.
In this connection, I write to inform that I have paid the entire amount outstanding on your website on **.**.**** and have foreclosed the loan. Transaction reference number for the same is *********.
However, my loan is still showing outstanding on your website and is showing overdue.
I have also raised a complaint with regard to the same on **.**.****, complaint ticket number is ********.
Since the issue is long pending, I request you to bestow your personal interest in the matter and resolve the issue.
