Netplus broadband punjab - Payment done but connection not activated

I have done the recharge through netplus original website on monday. Its been * days i am calling the customer care and they everytime says that the issue will be resolved within * hours but still it is not resolved. I did everything they told me as to send the screenshot of the payment on their mail but no positive response received.
