They fixed the modem which was having an issue with the internet and while doing this, I don't know what they did They disconnected the landline number and now after a month, they issued a new number and advised that the previous number was closed. without any reason
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
