Jay Parekh filed complaint against Vodafone on May 16, 2021
I had two postpaid connection with Vodafone which I ported to Airtel and also paid for the final bill that was generated on * may through upi I have made payments of Rs *** and Rs ** towards both my numbers and also sent a proof to Vodafone about that , today I got a call from a lady from Vodacom Vodafone stating that as it was my final bill I have to pay either online or have to pay it in store , I have paid the bill through Google pay i.e through upi which was mentioned on the bill , the lady who called me is saying that as this number is not with Vodafone they cannot accept this payment but how will a customer know that , they should have informed me about the same and she started arguing with me ,hence I want to file a complaint against Vodafone
