Rahul Giddi filed complaint against Google Pay on Dec 30, 2020
My friend had sent me my money on Google pay. The amount was deducted but I didn't received the same. He raised a ticket on that they said the issue will be reserved in * to * business days. But it's been more than * month's neither the are responding nor we are able to contact their customer service. Is it not a financial fraud. If taken into account there are more than ** million active users if they made the same with at least % of them it would be more than a billion. My money is stuck,I can't use it, i am not receiving any interest on it. Moreover even a small amount would effect adversely both physically and mentally.
