Smart Point - Payment didn t credit back

On November **th **** I did a Gpay payment on the smart point store, the payment was debit from my account and the saying they didn't credit the payment atlast we done the payment by cash and close the bill. But still (**-**-****) I didn't receive my cash back. Store saying Already they registered the complaint. Please do needful as soon as possible.
