Smart Point - Forced to pay the bill two times

I am Sravan , writing this mail to explain my bad experience with one of your stores in Visakhapatnam and requesting you to take action and help me.
On **th Dec Morning I have visited Smart Point , Flat No ***,*** , Last bus stop Murali Nagar , Visakhapatnam, STORE ID :FR*F
I made a purchase of Rs.*** and payment through Gpay . Please refer to the attached bill
First attempt it failed
Second attempt it was success and I got message and I have shown the same to the cashier .
But the Cashier adamant and made me to pay again .
I have called the bank they confirmed money credit to merchant . Refer to the message screenshot from bank with reference number .
I have visited the store multiple times asking for refund showing the confirmation .
However there is action from their end and asking me to come again .
Though it is a small amount and travelled to Visakhapatnam from another city , I could spend time visiting store again again.
Store manager and other staff very irresponsible attending the customers .
I am sure they care creating troubles to others also because of their ignorance .
Imagine if same happens with an illiterate/Elderly/Kids people who do not know how to handle in this situations.
Hope you will look in to respond me with your action .
