I had already cancelled my premium plan but the amount was still deducted from my account. The app clearly showed that my subscription had been cancelled.
I request to please check this issue and take the necessary action. I would like a refund of ₹*** as I am a student and this amount is significant for me.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
