We have raised a complaint to Myntra from quite a long time, but our request was rejected thrice. Transaction date *th October, order number *******-*******-*******
Product: sassafras women off-white solid fit and flare dress (price: ****INR)
Order No: *******-*******-*******
product: sassafras mustard yellow solid maxi flared skirt (price: ****INR)
Total: **** was deducted twice.
I have the statement of my Hdfc bank and Paytm as well for the same date. The delivery boy told that transaction via debit card failed. Hence I paid the same amount from Paytm.
*) One from Hdfc debit card. Hdfc has confirmed that the amount has been processed to Myntra.
*) The second was deducted from Paytm to the delivery boy as informed by him that Hdfc transaction was failed. Whereas later we received the message that **** has been deducted from Hdfc as well.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
