Hello, I placed an order on **th Jan, **** via their website. My order id is ****** and issue is payment got deducted twice for rs ****/- (**** * *)
I first paid via paytm but they said transaction error and order not processed. I paid again via google pay upi and then order confirmation mail was recieved. But both transactions were successful in real.
Since then I wrote email to support team to refund one payment as both transactions were success and were not reverted by paytm even after *-* days. When inquired paytm, they mentioned amount had been successfully credited to merchant account but aachho website still showed me error. On names of error, they are just stealing people's money. I am calling aachho's customer helpline number since last several days and not once I was able to connect with a person. I tried messaging on Instagram on their official account and owner's accounts also but nobody replies there also. I tried commenting to highlight my issue but they keep deleting the comments. I have been so disturbed today that it has severly effected my mental peace and work as well.
At this point of time, I simply want them to refund whatever I have paid to them and I do not wish to deal with them in future.
