Aachho - Product does not match description

I orders from the brand a red sharara set. The product does not match the description as written on website. The sharara is supposed to be of satin material but is of poor cotton material. Moreover the pieces of the set do not match each other. I have been trying to reach them via email, call, Instagram texts - no reply om any of the sites. Not even an acknowledgement except those vague AI generated ones.
