I have paid my fastag bill of *** rs three times using cred with order ids

E***E**Y*R**
These all have same bbps ref id
PU******ST*FCTRA****
But it is not possible to have same transaction id for three orders so kindly fix it i have already reported it to cred many times but still no help from their side please refund the two transactions
