Uber Eats India - Payment deducted from paytm for a cancelled delivery

I ordered for food from a restaurant named manuhaar through ubereats but due to some unavoidable circumstances i cancelled it * mins later and now when i updated my paytm account with balance linked to that uber account ..it automatically deducted ***(what was expected to be paid if delievered)
