I made a gas cylinder booking on **th of april via airtel thanks app. The amount got deducted from axis bank card through which i made this payment. But the gas booking hasnot been confirmed yet. My amount is blocked with airtel but they are not doing anything.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
