Shopclues.com - Payment declined money deducted

I tried to purchase one refurbished OPPO F* Pro(Black **GB, *GB RAM) mobile phone from shopclues.com on*.**.**** by **.** Hrs. Though money was deducted from my account, I got payment declined message & was also informed that “if the money is deducted from bank it will be auto-reversed within *-** business days. “
As I did not receive refund, I complained with my bank, State Bank of India, JIPMER branch, Puducherry on **.**.**** vide ticket no. PT************* (**********). Forwhich, I received reply on **.**.**** stating that “Vishakha Kadam(**/**/**** **:**:**) Referred to controller: As confirmed with the merchant, transaction *********** has been successful and settled on ** March ****. For more details kindly contact merchant.>>"
When I complained the above @shopclues.com, they informed that they have not received payment & asked me to approach the bank again vide their mail Dt.**.**.****.
Hence I contacted ***********, costumer service but in vain (as there was no personal customer service). I did not get any useful information.
Hence I approached bank again on **.**.****: **:**:** PM. informing about the reply received from shopclues.com, vide complaint ticket no. PT*************(**********). Now also SBI replied me “Vishakha Kadam (**.**.*** **:**:**) refereed to controller: As confirmed with merchant, transaction *********** has been successful and settled on ** March ****. For more details kindly contact your merchant.>>” In addition to this they also asked me to check with merchant’s banker.
When I complained again with shopclues.com, they informed me again that they have not received payment & asked me to approach the bank again vide their mail Dt.*.**.****.
Now both State Bank of India and Shopclues.com are saying that they have not received payment. But money is debited from my account. I expect refund at the earliest.
