Home Credit India - Payment confirmation not received Loan No
Ravi Kumar Singh filed complaint against Home Credit India on Mar 18, 2020
Dear Sir/Mam,
This is with reference to the telephonic discussion I had with the customer care department of HomeCredit regarding the Loan outstanding of INR *,***/-.
I had defaulted in making the payment of INR *,***/- and one of the lawyer contacted me saying that my case has been forwarded to the legal department and has to be settled through them. I had spoken to lawyer Mr. Tomar who said he is handling my case - his Mob. No. is **********. And based on his request and guidance a link was provided to make the payment via Paytm and I had made the payment on **nd Dec. **** (payment confirmation attached) and on payment got an SMS (attached) stating that the loan repayment is confirm.
But to my surprise till date the repayment has not been updated to my loan account and is still showing as pending.
Therefore, you are requested to please look into the matter and do the needful and oblige by giving me the NOC letter of my above mentioned loan.
