I have been using gwave internet services for the past * year and have experienced the worst services till date. It goes down frequently and takes days and sometimes weeks to get fixed. Everytime they give excuse of fiber cuts, I don't understand how so frequent fiber cuts aee even possible.
Customer service care is pathetic, need to call literally ** times to get connected and they never, literally never have any definite answer. It's always vague reply and services are never restored on the time they promise.
They promise extension in billing cycle but never fulfill that. Till now I haven't got single day extension.
My wifi has worked for * days in last * weeks and still they are not bothered.
I have been continuously following up with them in the past * days and still they continue with thier vague answers. I asked them about disconnection process, didn't get any reply for that either.
I am scared I might lose my job because of these people. Please help me.
