Gwave - Connection of home wifi is been refused to fix

I literally begged the Gwave team to fix my wifi connection at my home, It’s been roughly * days and they are give false guarantee and no proper feed back and when it’ll be fixed , they tell me the specific hour of the day but They do not turn up Saying that they will fix it in the evening , or morning or afternoon , doing so it’s been * days and it’s not been fixed . I phone called then every hour of the day requesting inquiring about this all, but they do not fill up the customer need and their service
