Just Dial Ltd - Pathetic service providers

My business is registered with Just Dial. I have recently purchased a year package of Rs. *****. This was the best package available to them for my business in terms of ranking & leads. Our services include education counselling for students willing to pursue their higher studies in Germany. That is why I have selected very limited keywords for effective leads.
I was informed by the executive that average leads per year for the selected keywords is approximately *****, which is a huge number. I already had a doubt for this however he assured me that the results are accurate which is why I made the payment. That executive had been after me till the time I hadn't made the payment as it was the financial year end he made all the fake promises he could have to gain his incentives.

It has been ** days now since the payment was made & the flow of leads is pathetic. Till now I have received ** leads (month of April) on my app out of which I can contact only one through call rest all our SMS or email queries. This was never explained to us during the contract. The leads which can be contacted through SMS are DND numbers where the message can't be delivered. I don't understand what is the point of counting those as leads which can't be contacted.
All the SMS and email queries which I have received so far have never responded back. Looking at the number of leads & the amount I have paid for the yearly package, my per lead comes out to be of Rs. *** which is insane. I am getting leads at less than one-fourth of this amount through other leading service providers.

I took Just dial services * years back as well for the same services and that time too I had to stop there ECS mode of payment within * months because of the lack of genuine leads. However, this time the executive gave all false promises that I won't face any trouble & Just dial has improved etc. I am so disappointed with Just dial that I simply want to end my services & I want my money to be refunded.
There are excellent lead providers in the market better than Just dial in every way. I can't let Just dial sit with my money idle getting business on false promises. I request you to refund my money asap & close my account.
