To avoid it falling off I have placed the wardrobe against the table so that nobody gets seriously hurt should it fall.
Pepperfry doesn't want to take it back since it's got no manufacturing defect.
They don't mind if their product is breaking the head or bones.
I am staying at home and working to avoid my kid to have any unfortunate accident because of their dangerous product.
There is no active feedback system on the website and we can't know the pros or cons of the product, and there is no returns policy.
I guess the consumer forum is only the last resolution left out now.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
