There internet connection was very poor as all of us are working from home I kept on calling them to resolve the issue they didn't do anything but when I called for a new connection they were ready to come to my place to set up a new one. I called every single person at UltraNet which is owned by one broadband now I think. but they just call you to recharge your pack no customer service what so ever.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
