ultranet broadband - No service provided

On **th May, **** I took internet connection from ultranet broadband. They charged me Rs.**** for * months of internet and additional Rs. *** for router. I took this connection via poster in which they guaranteed speed of ** mbps. After * days provided speed was literal * mbps. I complaint regarding this on there app that is available on playstore. After sometime no internet service was provided. I complaint regarding same and they called me day after my complaint. Two of there technician were sent to look after the issue and they told us that problem is from there backend and the issue will he solved till evening. In the evening internet was provided for few minutes then again it showed no internet connection. I called the technician and he did not answered my call. I've filed * to * complaint on there app yet no positive action has taken from there side. Today is **st May and I'm filing this complaint being fed up from "Ultranet" service. These kind of providers are nothing more than fraud. I want to end my connection and want refund of my remaining package.
