I am facing issues since I have renewed my internet service which is on date **/**/***.
After renew in just * months I have to lodge ** complains. Every time complains itself taking *-* days average to be resolved.
I want to be specific about last month, I am not able to access the internet since **/**/****. It has been a month that I am frequently raising complains but engineer just keeping wrong updates that complain is resolved. The engineer did not come once to check whether I am able to access it or not. This is totally unprofessional behaviour from you guys. I have to reopen case each time. I have visited the head office once also from there you have given a guarantee that I will be solved the next day. But a week passed since that day also. Today also my internet not working and I am not able to reach customer care.
As I already know the nodal officer also not going to reply to me on this. Please consider this mail as an official complaint. I will wait for your response for * days and after I will formally inform you with a letter that I will complain in another forum.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
